Women's only
NO-GI

Fast, fluid grappling without the gi, ideal for agility, submissions, strength, and A space for women to build confidence.

Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu gives you the chance to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in an environment designed specifically for you.

Instead of feeling thrown into the deep end, you’ll build your skills step-by-step- learning how to control positions, escape pressure, and apply techniques with confidence.

At Atlas, these classes combine technique, drilling, and optional live training so you can progress at your own pace while still being challenged.

Beginners: Start your journey in a comfortable environment where you can learn properly from day one.

Regular Trainers: Sharpen your technique, build confidence, and stay consistent in a supportive setting.

Competitors: Prepare for tournaments, ADCC-style challenges, and sharpen your game under pressure.

If you’ve ever felt intimidated starting jiu jitsu, this is where that changes.
